No Live Chat or Quick Questions Service on Sunday 28th February 2016
We are planning to improve our Live Chat and Quick Questions Service on Sunday 28th Feb 2016. For this to be possible be must close down both services from 00:00 on Sunday 28th Feb 2016 until 11:00pm the same day. We understand that this may cause several problems however, we are sure that our another support channels will be able to assist you should you encounter any queries on this day. Please take a look below at our in-depth incident and downtime information for each day this week so far. Monday (22nd Feb 2016): No incidents or downtime. Tuesday (23rd Feb 2016): No incidents or downtime. Wednesday (24th Feb 2016): Routine maintenance on Live Chat carried out with minimal effects on service. Between 5-10 minutes of downtime. Thursday (25th Feb 2016): No incidents
